This role is responsible for performing luxury head spa treatments, scalp analyses, therapeutic scalp massages, cleansing rituals, and customized scalp and hair care services designed to improve scalp health and enhance the guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of scalp conditions, hair health, product ingredients, and customer care, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and cleanliness.

Salary Range: $26880.00 - $117000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury head spa treatments according to company protocols and service standards.
• Conduct scalp and hair assessments to identify client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate clients on scalp health, hair wellness, and home care recommendations.
• Provide therapeutic scalp massage techniques that promote relaxation and circulation.
• Customize treatments based on individual scalp and hair needs.
• Maintain detailed client treatment notes and service records.
• Recommend and retail professional scalp and hair care products.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are sanitized and maintained according to company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, luxury guest experience.
• Stay current on industry trends, scalp care techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.

• Valid Cosmetology license in the state of Michigan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
