About the Opportunity
A large-scale government records modernization initiative is seeking detail-oriented professionals to support secure document imaging, digital records processing, and data entry operations. Team members will assist with the conversion of high volumes of physical records into organized digital formats while maintaining strict quality, confidentiality, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and process large volumes of physical documents for digital conversion
Operate high-speed document scanning and imaging equipment
Perform data entry and quality verification activities using voice-to-text and digital processing systems
Review scanned records for accuracy, readability, and proper indexing
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive government records and information
Follow established workflows, security protocols, and document handling procedures
Support multiple project activities simultaneously while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks
Collaborate with on-site supervisors and project leadership to ensure project objectives are achieved
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Comfortable working with computers, touchscreens, and digital applications
Ability to learn new technology and processing systems quickly
Reliable, accountable, and able to follow established procedures
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Prior experience in data entry, records management, document processing, administrative support, mailroom operations, or scanning projects is a plus
Ability to pass required background screening and security clearance requirements
Work Environment
Primarily seated position with continuous computer and document-processing work
High-volume scanning and data entry environment
Significant use of voice-to-text technology and digital imaging systems
Fast-paced production setting with established quality and performance standards
Personal mobile phones must remain secured during working hours in accordance with site security requirements
Training & Equipment
Comprehensive training will be provided on document preparation, scanning procedures, quality control processes, and specialized imaging equipment. Successful team members will be comfortable working with technology and following structured workflows.
