Scanning/Administrative Clerk (Bellevue, WA)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Scanning/Administrative Clerk to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Bellevue, WA and Seattle, WA.

Job Title: Scanning/Administrative Clerk
Work Location: Bellevue & Seattle, WA
Duration: 5 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Primary responsibility is scanning
• This temp will be responsible for digitizing some files in the BEL office via scanning.
• They will also assist with scanning incoming mail. Since it is a small office other duties may include printing, tidying the office and light meeting set-up.
• Driving: No.
  • There are two locations, however, the CW will not be asked to relocate mid-shift. We are looking for a candidate that could potentially work out of our Bellevue and Seattle offices.
  • Driving is not required, but may be useful. They will not transport anything work related, it would only be for commute.

Skills & Qualifications :

• The hiring manager is looking for someone who can work independently and has experience working in a legal office environment.
• They will not have direct supervision so the ability to communicate is also important.
• Physical requirements include lifting banker boxes (~40lbs) and moving throughout an office.
• Equipment used includes desktop scanner, copy machine, coffee machine.
