Scanning and Pricing Lead - Full-Time

SCANNING & PRICING LEAD: This persons primary duties include working with the departments throughout the store, scanning merchandise, update store signage, proofing prices, and editing related price file information; as well as, direct supervision of the store's scanning team, including training and orientation, break scheduling and work assignments. This person may also assist in cashiering, online shopping and service center responsibilities as needed. Secondary duties are related activities as required or assigned.

• Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Previous Work Experience: Demonstrated leadership ability and minimum - 12 months customer service experience required; as well as previous knowledge of scanning and pricing departments.
• Physical Demands: Walking, bending, stooping, carrying, loading, etc.; repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.

Other Considerations: Customer service orientation and employee relations; accuracy; speed; availability; flexibility; reliability; dependability and able to work with minimal supervision.
