Our Client, a Government Relations Services company, is looking for a Scanning Clerk for their New Brunswick, NJ location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Under close supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work involving the preparation, scanning, and indexing of Human Service case files.
  • Duties are performed using well-established operating procedures and computer systems to ensure scanning and indexing are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • The exercise of independent judgement is limited due to the nature of work.
  • May perform other related clerical duties as required.
 
Requirements:
  • Proficient in the use of Windows based pc’s, scanners, and other standard office equipment
  • Proficient in typing and/or entering data.
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately within prescribed time frames.
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in group environment
  • Ability to understand, remember, and carry out oral and written directions.
  • Preferred scanning experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
