Job TitleConstruction DirectorJob DescriptionOversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Collaborate with school administrators, architects, and other stakeholders. Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and educational requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Facilitate effective communication among all project participants. Mentor and train construction staff on best practices and safety protocols.
