Location: Behavioral Innovations | Current office in Addison, TX (Relocating to West Plano - Park/Tollway – July 2026)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Required to work onsite | Eligible for a hybrid schedule following 60–90 day training period based on individual performance.

Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference:

The Scheduler is responsible for creating and implementing optimal staff and client schedules across multiple centers within an assigned region. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate billing for services rendered, maintaining compliance with payor coding requirements, and supporting operational efficiency through effective schedule management. The Scheduler collaborates closely with center leadership teams to align scheduling with staff availability, client needs, and organizational objectives. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a working knowledge of CPT codes and billing systems. The Scheduler will operate in alignment with Behavioral Innovations' core values, policies, and procedures.

• Manage schedules for multiple BI centers, ensuring timely updates and consistent communication with center teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and respond to changing client or staffing needs.
• Utilize CentralReach to maintain accurate records and streamline scheduling processes.
• Stay current on payor requirements for service codes and documentation.
• Identify and report opportunities for process improvements in scheduling and billing workflows.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the department and company.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience using CentralReach required.
• Prior experience in scheduling within a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and relate ideas effectively with staff members, supportive personnel, and management staff on a regular basis.
• Organizing and coordinating skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detailed-oriented with data accuracy.
• No regular travel - this position supports multiple facilities.
