Johnson Service Group is seeking a Bilingual Scheduler- Administrative Assistant in Orange County, CA.  This is an on-site position.
Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm.
Hourly pay: $24.00- $33.50, DOE

What You’ll Do:
  • Program Support: Assist in maintaining high-quality performance by managing appointment scheduling, transportation arrangements, and communication with participants and their families. Support the clinical team in coordinating specialty services and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
  • Administrative Support: Provide vital administrative assistance by managing confidential files, supporting departmental goals, and collaborating with internal teams. Document interactions accurately and participate actively in department projects.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Complete special projects as assigned, support quality initiatives, and help foster a welcoming environment for our patients and staff.

Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and build effective relationships.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual abilities in English and the company threshold language (such as Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc.).
  • Prior experience with healthcare or clinical administrative roles.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • An associate degree or higher in healthcare or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
  • Experience working in a clinical or community health environment.

Other Requirements:
  • CPR and First-Aid certification required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing 26 to 50 pounds and perform various physical activities as needed.
  • Willingness to work indoors or outdoors based on the work setting, including clinical environments.
