    • New Mexico Heart Institute has over 30 years of diagnostic, interventional, and preventive cardiovascular expertise. Our team of over 50 providers uses state-of-the-art technology, offering the latest treatment options for all types of heart and vascular conditions.
    Responsibilities:
    • Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience.
    • Accurately and compassionately schedules/re-schedules/cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC, and aids in patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines.
    • Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
    • Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA).
    • Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence.
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

    Preferred Job Requirements:

    • Associate’s Degree in a related field of study or higher in related field of study.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare field/role or call center environment.
    • 1 year of healthcare background/experience and/or call center experience.
