Short Description:
  • Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls.  Provides complete explanation of testing instructions and preparations.
  • Schedules services, ensuring all aspects of appointments are appropriate and accurate, including patient demographics and appointment details.

  • Obtains and records patient insurance, prescription, referral and other financial and clinical documents.  Explains financial requirements to the patients or responsible parties.  Verifies insurance eligibility and ensures that insurance requirements are met prior to delivery of service.

  • Accurately processes all requests and documents appropriate information in CAST tracking tool based on established office protocol.

Experience Required:
  • Experience in Diagnostic Imaging Scheduling.
  • Previous data entry or typing experience and knowledge of basic office equipment required.  Computer experience required.
Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Salary Min ($): USD $17.83 Salary Max ($): USD $22.76
