Scheduler

Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Pay based on experience

The Scheduler is responsible for supporting key operational functions within the health care center to promote effective staffing and continuity of resident care. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and supports day-to-day operations by managing staff schedules, organizing daily assignments, and coordinating resident appointments and transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, required.
• Minimum if 1 year of experience in a scheduling role, required.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, required.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-demand, service-oriented healthcare setting, required.
• Possess the ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling platforms, and other computerized systems and applications, required.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and effectively resolve problems, required.
• Positive attitude with a focus on promoting teamwork and maintaining a supportive work environment, required.

Shift

• Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Full-Time, Non-Exempt
