Role Description The Scheduler is a full-time, hybrid role based in Willow Grove, PA, with some flexibility for work from home. In this position, the Scheduler coordinates production schedules, aligns customer orders with manufacturing capacity, and maintains up-to-date schedules in the company’s planning systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing customer forecasts and orders, prioritizing work orders, monitoring material availability, and communicating schedule changes to production, purchasing, quality, and sales teams. The Scheduler tracks job status, identifies potential delays, and collaborates with stakeholders to adjust plans and meet delivery commitments. This role also supports continuous improvement of scheduling processes, documentation, and data accuracy to ensure reliable on-time performance.\n
