Scheduler. Field Distribution

Duration: 0-12 Months
Shift Timing: 8: 00 am to 4: 40 pm (Mon to Fri)

Responsibilities:
Temp will be responsible for contacting customers via email and phone to schedule available orders using Excel reports and internal scheduling systems. They will also be responsible for researching any discrepancies with scheduled and non-scheduled orders. There will be no extensive lifting, walking or standing. The hiring manager is seeking candidates who resumes reflect customer service experience in a call center or transportation/logistics industry experience. Other important skills include Microsoft Excel, data entry, great phone etiquette, ability to problem-solve, critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, ability to manage time efficiently, attention to detail, and great follow-up skills.
 Please keep in mind, the hiring manager is looking for office experience/call center experience and NOT warehouse experienced candidates- not looking for forklift or warehouse worker experience.

Dress Code: Business causal (includes tennis shoes and jeans- no holes/rips are permitted, close- toed shoes are required daily- no Crocs)
