Scheduler

 

At Duraco Specialty Materials, scheduling is where customer commitments and production reality come together. As a Scheduler, you will work closely with Customer Service and Production to understand priorities, navigate changing demands, and build schedules that align customer needs with manufacturing capabilities. By reviewing open orders, inventory, work in progress, material availability, and production constraints, you will help keep orders moving, teams aligned, customers informed, and operations running efficiently.

 

 

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together to solve problems and keep commitments. Success comes from building strong relationships with Customer Service and Production, understanding what matters most to both teams, and making thoughtful scheduling decisions that support customers, help production run smoothly, and create positive outcomes for everyone involved.

 

The salary range for this role is starting $82,000-$95,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package which include medical, dental, vison, disability, Vacation, 401K.
