Scheduler / Front Desk Receptionist (Fr/Sat/Sun)

Apex Pediatric Therapy Services provides ABA, speech and occupational therapy services to children and adolescents. We are currently looking for a positive, creative and energetic scheduler / receptionist.

Schedule Needed:

\n

Friday 7am to 3:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 9am to 5pm

\n

\n

Role and Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Front desk receptionist activities
• \n
• Manage therapists’ schedules as per the need of the clients
• \n
• Keep all schedules up to date on the scheduling system
• \n
• Arrange coverage for therapists’ cancellations
• \n
• Manage continuity of care as new therapists join and others exit
• \n
• Maintain upcoming time off schedule and ensure coverage for time offs for short term and long term needs
• \n
• Address clients’ request for schedule changes as and when needed
• \n
• Keep the facilities organized and clean at all times
• \n
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• \n

Skills & Qualifications:

\n

• \n
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• \n
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• \n
• Proven history of customer-centric approach
• \n
• Prior scheduling experience preferred
• \n
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• \n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing schedule related needs while maintaining a positive attitude
• \n
• Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and time-management skills
• \n
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• \n

Pay Scale:
