Scheduler (Full Time) - Dr. Brandon Johnson

FT Scheduler needed for busy hip specialist in North OKC

Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays

 

Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming calls and schedule office visits and follow up appointments
• Obtain and verify insurance information and document accurate demographics and patient data efficiently
• Will work closely with referral sources to include physicians, adjusters and case managers as needed
• This position will cross-train as a Medical Assistant 
• Filing, Faxing, documenting in EMR and other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

• One year medical office scheduling experience is preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented
• One year EPIC scheduling experience is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
