Participate in the agency process improvement plan through involvement in process improvementcommittees as assigned by the supervisor, identifying areas for improvement in job functions andreporting these to the supervisor, and performing and recording quality control tasks as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Thorough knowledge of medical office procedures, includingcomputers and data entry High School diploma or relevant education One (1) - three (3) years of relevant healthcare scheduling experience
