  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements, milestones, and critical path activities to create an accurate and feasible project schedule.
  • Perform schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and resource leveling, to identify potential schedule delays, conflicts, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on schedule data analysis to support decision-making, mitigate risks, and ensure project objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Monitor schedule performance, track progress against key milestones, and report on project schedule status, deviations, and variances to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare schedule reports, graphical presentations, and visual representations of project schedules for project meetings, progress reviews, and presentations to senior management.
  • Support the development of baseline schedules, progress measurement methodologies, and earned value analysis to evaluate project performance and project schedule adherence.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scheduler or Scheduler Analyst in large construction projects, with a focus on tunneling or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex project schedules and data.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling best practices, and construction methodologies.
