SCHEDULER II

Required to have a bachelor s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7-10 years experience with developing project schedules in P3. Required to have 5+ years experience in developing and updating project schedules, performing resource loading as might be required in a construction environment.

Supply Scheduler:

Responsibilities
" Integrate supply practices with work management and master scheduling activities
" Coordinate with work control and procurement to ensure timely supplier notification of schedule changes
" Communicate schedule dates, lead-time information, and contingency planning to stakeholders
" Validate demand for materials and services in the master schedule
" Manage scheduling priorities to support day-to-day operations, outages, and schedule changes
" Update tracking systems to maintain accurate supply and work control information
" Support emergency response activities as assigned

Required
" High School Diploma or GED
" 6 years of experience in supply chain, scheduling, or related field (or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience)
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
" Data analysis experience

Preferred
" Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
" Knowledge of supply chain management systems
" Experience in power generation or energy industry
