Pay-range : $62/hr.-$64/hr.
Day-to-Day:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project master schedules using Primavera P6
• Integrate schedules across engineering, design, construction, production, and project teams
• Establish contract milestones and schedules for bid packages
• Partner with estimating and finance teams on scope, durations, milestones, and project controls
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams on activity durations, sequencing, and dependencies
• Lead planning and scheduling meetings
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance and variances
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery/workaround plans when projects fall behind
• Perform resource loading and resource analysis
• Support earned-value tracking, progress measurement, and progress curves
• Prepare schedule reports and communicate project status to leadership and senior management
• Develop conceptual schedules when detailed design information is not yet available
• Provide guidance to other Project Schedulers
• Lead the overall scheduling portfolio while maintaining ownership of major projects
Must Haves:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience
• 5+ years of Primavera P6 experience
• Strong understanding of design and construction progress measurement
• Experience with project controls and earned-value measurement
• Experience coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ability to influence project teams and negotiate schedule changes with vendors and contractors
• Experience leading or mentoring other schedulers/project controls professionals is highly desirable
