Project Scheduler
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Contract & Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr (based on experience

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to support large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across Los Angeles. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools
  • Perform critical path analysis and identify potential schedule risks and delays
  • Update schedules based on project progress and communicate changes to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather schedule updates
  • Analyze schedule variances and provide recommendations for recovery plans
  • Support planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts across multiple projects
  • Ensure schedules align with contract requirements, milestones, and project goals


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
  • Experience working on complex, multi-phase projects
  • Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and project timelines
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting public works or municipal projects
  • Familiarity with cost-loaded or resource-loaded schedules
  • Experience working in regulated or union environments
