Job Description- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multifamily construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as required to reflect changes and delays.
- Analyze project data to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present scheduling reports to project teams and management.
- Ensure compliance with project deadlines and milestones.
- Utilize scheduling software to create and manage project timelines.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize resource allocation and project workflows.

A successful Scheduler - Multifamily Construction should have: - Strong knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools.
- Experience in multifamily construction or similar projects.

- An eye for detail and accuracy in managing project schedules.
