    Position Summary

    The Workforce Scheduler works closely with program supervisors and staff to coordinate staffing needs across multiple locations using UKG/UltiPro.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to staff and management regarding UKG scheduling and timekeeping software issues as they arise.
    • Provide training to management and staff on scheduling processes and UKG system functionality.
    • Collaborate with management teams regarding staffing levels, open positions, call-outs, vacancies, and staffing ratios at residential program locations.
    • Audit employee schedules and timecards on a regular basis to ensure scheduled hours accurately match worked hours.
    • Assist in outreach to relief and per diem employees to address staffing needs and open shifts.
    • Collect, analyze, and report workforce data to support programmatic needs and budgetary goals.
    • Ability to work independently while also functioning as a collaborative team member.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
    • Previous experience with scheduling software required.
    • Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
    • Knowledge of 24/7 residential services or human services programming preferred.
    • Experience generating and interpreting staffing, overtime, vacancy, and utilization reports.
