The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the daily scheduling of patient care services. This role ensures timely and efficient assignment of clinicians, matching patient needs with appropriate staff availability. The Scheduler plays a key role in supporting seamless operations and high-quality care delivery at Seasons Home Health Care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for home healthcare services.
• Assists field staff for staffing coverage for sick and vacation leave.
• Schedule client visits according to care plan and staff availability.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding scheduling needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical scheduling or administrative roles within healthcare settings, preferably home care.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices is preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record systems such as Kinnser/Wellsky.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
