Job TitleSchedulerJob DescriptionDevelop and maintain detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Support substation and transmission projects from engineering through construction and energization. Integrate engineering, procurement, permitting, outage, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource requirements. Collect progress updates from project managers, engineers, contractors, and utility stakeholders. Prepare schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and executive dashboards. Identify schedule risks, delays, constraints, and potential impacts to project completion. Perform critical-path, variance, what-if, and recovery-schedule analyses. Support change management, schedule narratives, forecasting, and time-impact analysis. Coordinate schedules across multiple projects, disciplines, contractors, and utility programs.The Successful ApplicantA successful Scheduler should have: 3+ years of scheduling or project-controls experience within utilities, power delivery, EPC, or heavy construction. Experience supporting substation, transmission line, distribution, or other utility infrastructure projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6; Microsoft Project experience is also valuable. Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, schedule logic, baselines, float, critical path, and progress measurement. Familiarity with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and utility outage sequencing. Experience with cost- or resource-loaded schedules is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range: $110,000 - $120,000.
