Move forward with VOLTVolt is immediately hiring forService Scheduler inRound Rock Texas.As aService Scheduler you will Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments with customers. Confirm appointments and update customers on technician arrival times. Record and manage customer and technician notes in the scheduling system. Resolve inquiries address complaints and ensure excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling. Monitor job progress and provide technician support. Maintain organized records and follow communication protocols. Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails. Perform additional duties as needed.This is afull-timeopportunity.The ideal candidate will have Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Previous HVACPlumbing experience preferred.
