Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality client coverage. Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and compatibility. Communicate daily with caregivers and clients to confirm shifts and address scheduling changes. Handle last-minute call-offs and find prompt replacements to minimize service disruptions. Maintain accurate scheduling records and update staffing software in real time. Collaborate with the care coordination team to support new client onboarding. Respond to after-hours scheduling needs as required.
Prior scheduling, staffing, or coordination experience preferred, ideally in home care or healthcare. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or similar digital tools. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly under pressure. Compassionate, patient, and client-focused demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call availability.
Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
