    • Scheduler - Training Systems Specialist

    Clearance: Must possess or obtain a Secret security clearance.

    Qualifications

    • Prior military related scheduling / training experience preferred.
    • Comprehensive knowledge and/or experience coordinating and scheduling events, with a track record of managing complex calendars and logistics.
    • At least three (3) years of experience performing clerical duties, demonstrating strong attention to detail, reliability, and discretion.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Position Overview

    As Scheduler, you will be at the heart of the action-coordinating the use of advanced ship handling simulators that support fleet units in San Diego, Everett, Pearl Harbor, Yokosuka, and Sasebo. From aligning training schedules to preparing essential reports, you'll be an integral part of ensuring mission success for our nation's sea services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary scheduler for fleet use of ship handling simulators at multiple locations across the Pacific Rim-including San Diego, Everett, Pearl Harbor, Yokosuka, and Sasebo.
    • Coordinate and manage all event logistics, ensuring seamless training operations and effective resource allocation.
    • Prepare monthly training reports, accurately accounting for hours, and tracking contract deliverables.
    • Maintain training records in compliance with government contract specifications and U.S. Coast Guard training and certification regulations.
    • Communicate regularly with fleet representatives and training staff to ensure optimal scheduling and timely resolution of conflicts.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to track, compile, and present scheduling and training data.
