Pay: $16–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

SCHEDULER – MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous medical scheduling experience required

• Must be great on the phone and comfortable handling a high volume of calls

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with patients and medical staff

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Reliable and dependable

SCHEDULER – POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Medical Scheduler to join our team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have previous medical scheduling experience and be confident communicating with patients and medical staff over the phone.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable managing multiple scheduling needs while providing excellent customer service.

SCHEDULER – ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling needs

• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and office staff

• Maintain accurate appointment information

• Reschedule and adjust appointments as needed

• Enter and update information accurately in computer systems

• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

SCHEDULER – ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous medical office or healthcare scheduling experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional and patient-focused

• Dependable attendance

This position requires a polished, professional appearance appropriate for a pediatric healthcare environment.
