We are a mid-sized, growing, family-owned business looking to add another office member to our Team.Position is full-time Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pmSpring and Fall are our busiest seasons!
Previous office experience needed. Customer service skills necessary. Must be proficient in typing/data entry/spreadsheets.*Does not require in-person customer interaction. Everything is conducted over the phone and via email.*
Duties include:Schedule both residential and commercial customers
Use Google Docs / company software databases / scheduling system to coordinate date / time / locations for jobsCollaborate with other Scheduling staff - work as a part of a team!

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
