Summary
The Scheduling Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations by managing incoming client service requests and efficiently scheduling our field staff. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for client phone calls, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication regarding services
Develop, maintain, and distribute the daily schedule for field service operations
Prepare and track reports, and create organized project folders containing specifications and drawings
Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical staff and management
Qualifications and Skills
HS Diploma; Associate degree in Business Administration or related is ideal
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established procedures
Must have good attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Compensation: $20 - 22 / hour
