About the Role:
Home Helpers of Westchase is looking for a motivated and organized Scheduling and Field Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Odessa, FL. This is a dynamic role where you'll be the backbone of our field operations — keeping schedules running smoothly and ensuring our team has the support they need to succeed. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage scheduling for field staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency
Covering shift call outs and open shifts
Assisting with offfice administrative duties
Serve as the primary point of contact between field personnel and office operations
Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to accommodate changes, cancellations, or urgent needs
Communicate daily assignments, updates, and instructions to field team members
Maintain accurate records of scheduling, attendance, and field activity logs
Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics for new field staff
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps in coverage proactively
Requirements:
Must have Valid Drivers License
Must have Reliable transportation
Proof of Auto Insurance
Willing to commute between Hillsborough and Pinellas county
Must have open availability
Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch, or field coordination preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or similar digital tools
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
