Schedule & Location

• 
  Hybrid: Work from home Mondays & Fridays
  
• 
  On-site Tues–Thurs in Harrisburg
  

What You’ll Do

• 
  Act as the main point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails
  
• 
  Resolve questions when possible and route complex issues to the right teams
  
• 
  Log communications and provide weekly updates
  
• 
  Support schedulers with proactive customer outreach throughout the job lifecycle
  
• 
  Guide customers on pre-job requirements (inspections, site prep, account setup, etc.)
  
• 
  Schedule appointments, send reminders, and maintain communication logs
  
• 
  Assist with work packets, job cards, IVR appointments, and work order closeouts
  
• 
  Remove job holds, schedule temporary disconnects, and help investigate property damage claims when needed
