About Us:
On-Board PMO, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity providing full time positions to our employees. We offer benefits, paid time off, paid holidays and 401k after a probationary time.

Position Details:
Position Type: Full-Time 1 year contract
Job Location: Towanda, PA
Compensation: $21.00/ per hour
Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays and health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Life Insurance
Schedule: 1st shift 7a.m.-3:30p.m.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  •  Prioritize based on direction given / preestablished rules for scheduling
  •  Use SAP and Protean to build slitting schedules and look at inventory
  • Data Entry
  • Generate reports (update DC report)
  • Attend DC calls / interact with CSR group
  •  Filing
  •  Assist with system transitions

Skill Set:

  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  •  Ability to learn new computer/ document control system
  •  Ability to work independently and self-manage time
  •  Ability to prioritize workload
  •  Ability to understand and follow written/verbal instructions
  •  Proficient in keyboarding
  •  Confidentiality
  •  Quick / Enthusiastic learner
  •  Good communication skills

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be willing to work in team environment.
  • Must have a flexible attitude towards business needs.
  • Must be able to complete a background check, drug test, and physical successfully
