We are looking for an organized, sharp Scheduling Coordinator to manage our field team's daily calendars and keep our operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

You will be the central hub of our daily operations—managing technician schedules and communicating directly with clients.

  • Manage the Calendar: Schedule and dispatch a team of technicians for installations, upgrades, and service calls across SWFL.

  • Client Support: Answer calls and emails from luxury homeowners and estate managers to book appointments with a polished, friendly attitude.

  • Route Optimization: Plan smart daily routes to minimize drive time for our team between jobs.

  • Problem Solve: Adjust schedules on the fly when urgent service requests or delays pop up.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–2+ years in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (experience in construction, home services, or AV/security is a plus).

  • Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using scheduling software and maps.

  • Communication: A professional phone presence and the ability to speak easily with high-end clientele.
