MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
  1. Manage and coordinate planning schedules for all production departments
  2. Work with HR and management team to coordinate resources for planning schedules
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Lead weekly SIOP planning meeting to coordinate weekly schedules
  2. Perform the scheduling of coiled, straights, spooled, and Galfan tubing.
  3. Schedule machinery to meet sales demand and machinery repair schedules.
  4. Review work center capacity to meet production plan.
  5. Review inventory to reduce aged inventory.
  6. Responsible for computer entry of all engineering change notices.
  7. Assist with month end closing.
  8. Assist with physical inventory.
  9. Maintain ISO and Sarbanes/Oxley documentation as it pertains to production scheduling
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Assumes other duties as assigned by manager
  2. Participate on cross-functional teams dedicated to the development of key business initiatives
  3. Establishes and maintains department records and reports
  4. Prepares periodic reports to top management as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Minimum High School Diploma or GED, a degreed individual is a plus, and minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain management
  2. APICS certification, desirable
  3. Materials Requirements Planning experience and Enterprise Resource Planning experience required.
  4. Strong PC skills are required, must be proficient with Microsoft applications

  1. Position is accountable to the Purchasing/Inventory Manager for all activities
  2. Advises, consults, and coordinates with Operations Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Sales
