As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping our nursing team provide consistent, high-quality care by ensuring staffing needs are met.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain nursing schedules for all shifts while supporting appropriate staffing levels and budget guidelines.
Coordinate daily staffing needs, including call-offs, shift coverage, and open positions through OnShift.
Review upcoming staffing needs and help ensure adequate coverage for weekends and daily operations.
Communicate schedule changes and maintain accurate staffing information.
Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, and time-off requests to support effective staffing.
Partner with Nursing Administration, Unit Managers, and Human Resources regarding staffing needs, team member changes, and retention efforts.
Participate in staffing on-call rotation with nursing leadership.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare office experience preferred.
Experience with OnShift preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
