Scheduling Coordinator 

Job Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the field team with the correct brands and appropriate stores

Duties & Responsibilities 

- Responsible for managing the schedules of the East Coast field team

- Act as point of contact between brand, retailer and field team

- Track and manage all field team communication

- Complete appropriate field team’s schedules in a timely manner

- Schedule field team according to brand’s needs and requirements

- Resolve field team questions and issues in a timely and tactful manner

- Work on keeping a high employee retention rate 

- Accurately record field team’s clock ins/outs when necessary.

- Track field team who is consistently late or having issues with scheduling. Communicate this with appropriate Brand Trainer.

- Monitor daily scheduled shifts; Reach out to anyone who has not clocked in after 15 minutes of scheduled time, call the stores to accurately record field team’s shift times when necessary, note any one that does not show up. 

- Self-manage your day and report completed tasks to Scheduling Manager

Requirement

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

- Proficient working on Apple and Android products and computer applications 

- Must be extremely organized with sensitive legal documents, training materials, as well as with time management

- Must be flexible with a daily routine and be easily adaptable to changes as needed by the company

- Be able to make decisions, multitask, meet deadlines and maintain composure when under pressure

- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; Must be able to build relationships with field team and with internal team  

- Must be able to professionally and efficiently correspond through email and/or on the telephone. 

- High school diploma required, college degree preferred

- Comfortable with being on the phone

- Strong self-management skills
