    Qualifications:
    • Previous dental experience Required
    • Customer Service experience Required
    • Excellent typing, charting, and using the computer Required
    • Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
    • Applicants must be dependable and on time to work every day
    • Willing to go the extra mile to help patients and fellow colleagues
    • Experience using Open Dental a plus
    Responsibilities:
    • Contact incoming leads received from multiple marketing sources and educate patient on All-on-X and All-on-4 implant procedure.
    • Contact VA patients to schedule them for appointments.
    • Contact incoming leads received from multiple marketing resources to schedule them for a complimentary consultation
    • Ensure traveling arrangements, medical clearance, pharmacy prescriptions and finances are completed prior to surgery.
    • Follow up with patients post surgery.
    • Provide outstanding customer service for the patient
    • Help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; create no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, ready to work at all assigned shift times.
    • Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart

    Education & Experience

    • High school or equivalent (Required)
    • Dental office: 2 years (Required)
