Role Summary:
Provides excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations of the PACE organization. Coordinates specialist appointments for individuals enrolled in the PACE program. Provides scheduling oversight to the interdisciplinary team
What qualifications you will need:
1. Work within department guidelines to provide excellent customer service.
Performance Criteria:
1. Take and deliver accurate and complete messages by answering the telephone in a timely, pleasant and tactful manner.
2. Maintain knowledge of different areas of the practice by keeping current with departmental activities and services.
3. Project a positive image of physician practice by greeting customers in a courteous and prompt manner.
4. Support production by reminding participants of appointments and ensuring their understanding of practice location.
5. Support production and ability to reschedule by assuring cancellations, reschedules and no shows are documented.
2. Ensure smooth operation of patient check in/check out process.
Performance Criteria:
1. Gathering check in paperwork including patient demographics, H/P, active medication list, and insurance information.
2. Obtain signatures on appropriate forms.
3. Assure paperwork is complete by checking for patient identification, signatures, etc according to department policy.
3. Support department operations and coworkers by completing other duties as assigned or requested.
Performance Criteria:
1. Manage workday by prioritizing activities and assignments according to their relative importance.
