Seeking an experienced scheduling coordinator for a licensed home care agency in Upper Westchester County, NY. This full-time, in-person role involves
- coordinating and managing caregiver schedules,
- building relationships with clients and caregivers daily,
- participating in recruiting, onboarding, and caregiver management,
- delivering excellent customer service with compassion for clients and families,
- and
- developing a thorough understanding of company policies and services.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9a-5p, with one weeknight and one weekend per month on-call (additional pay). Benefits include PTO, 401K matching up to 4%, health insurance, and competitive pay starting at $25-$30/hr based on experience. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in home care coordination or staffing, and is based at the Peekskill office with no remote work. Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multitask, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
