Scheduling Coordinator

IMMEDIATE NEED - Dynamic Private Duty Home Health agency is looking for a positive & outgoing Bi-lingual English/Spanish Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator for our fast expanding Home Health Care agency.

This position is an in-office position - it is not a remote position.

Salary Range: $20/hour to $25/hour based on experience

Requirements:

• 1 year patient scheduling experience in a home care office setting
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required
• 1 year experience in HHAeXchange software is a PLUS
• A customer-oriented approach is essential
• Positive attitude with ability to work in a fast paced environment
• High School diploma
• Excellent organization, planning & project management skills
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility and good time management is a must
• Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Superior customer service
• Professional attitude
• Good Time Management skills

Responsibilities of position:

• Support and use all technology tools and resources to ensure proper business processes
• Assist with onboarding of new caregivers
• Collection of caregiver HR credentials
• Schedule staff to meet client care needs
• Assigned staff are properly trained and available as needed
• Ensure care and staff coverage 24/7 to meet the needs of our clients and protect brand standards
