We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to support sales and production teams at our Sacramento location.
Responsibilities include coordinating installations, verifying orders, managing materials, and acting as the first contact with partners. The role involves strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have prior experience in logistics, project coordination, or related fields, proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally JD Edwards. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and good communication skills are required.
