Especially Kidz is seeking a compassionate scheduling coordinator to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents.
About the Role:Especially Kidz is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to
- Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff
- Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained
- Replace staff call-ins and call-offs
- Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing
- Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.
- Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas
- Nursing floor duties as allowed
About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana.
