- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with internal teams and external clients professionally
- Strong typing and data entry skills required
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with accuracy
- 45-55 WPM preferred; 50-70 WPM ideal
- Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with contractors, public adjusters, tenants, and policyholders
- Coordinate schedules in support of insurance claims and inspection appointments
- Provide timely, accurate customer support to internal teams and external clients
- Respond to incoming requests and maintain clear communication with all parties involved
- Update and maintain scheduling records and documentation accurately
- Ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and within required timelines
