Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Operation Supervisor and Branch Manager, performing various administrative functions in accordance with established procedures. 

Key responsibilities include: 

· Answering phones and providing excellent customer service 

. Assist with Scheduling of Inspection and Service work. 

· Monitoring and reviewing inspection reports, work orders, impairment and correction notices. 

· Upload inspection reports and impairments to compliance engine and other entities that require reporting 

· Providing backup support for the department team when needed 

Additional duties will be assigned once you become familiar with our systems and processes. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can work well with direction and is flexible to learn new things. 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

· High school diploma or equivalent 

· Past accounting experience is preferred 

. Prior experience with Service Trade scheduling system is preferred but not required. 

. Prior experience with reporting systems such as compliance engine, BSI, Vepo, and Invirotrax is preferred. 

· Strong computer skills 

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

· Ability to manage time and resources efficiently 

· Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
