Job Summary: The Scheduler Assistant will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring that adheres the regulatory requirements and efficiently manages customer workload. This temporary position will provide vital administrative support to the team. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 3 days on-site each week. The position is initially a six-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Requirements:
- Ability to make outbound calls to customers and clearly communicate scheduling details.
- 2+ years of experience handling emergency calls.
- The ability to remain calm, clear, and concise while addressing urgent customer concerns and providing necessary instructions in high-pressure situations.
- Capability to stay composed and focused during emergencies, managing both personal stress and handling customer emotions effectively to provide reassurance and solutions.
- Ability to quickly assess emergency situations, determine the best course of action, and coordinate responses to resolve issues efficiently.
