ProSidian seeks a Scheduling Engineer (Senior Project Controls) - Integration Management to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.

This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian team members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre to fulfill T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements.

Scheduling Engineer (Senior Project Controls) - Integration Management candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and

Provide Scheduling services on assigned SRR Project Teams. Scheduling support services include executing the process responsibilities associated with organization, development, analysis, implementation and maintenance of scheduling applications and measures necessary for decision making and monitoring of planning and program/scheduling applications and measures necessary for decision making and monitoring of planning and scheduling established objectives. Services would include preparing schedules and performance monitoring status and management reports which identify variances in work execution strategy, provide timely feedback and recommend solutions to management to improve or mitigate problems affecting cost, schedule or estimating issues throughout the life cycle of a project, program or other work activity.

Scheduling services will be provided using SRR processes and procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by SRR.

Qualifications

The Scheduling Engineer (Senior Project Controls) - Integration Management shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

requisite work experience and technical skills to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the Scheduling Senior Engineers working and performing tasks in the Energy Industry (Oil and Gas / Power and Utilities / Nuclear Energy) Minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in the field of Planning and Scheduling/Cost Engineering in an Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) field. Candidate must demonstrate minimum fifteen (15) years scheduling experience in the nuclear or process chemical industry, with demonstrated ability to provide direction to others as well as set priorities for self and others. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of DOE 413 and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements and have computer experience (proficiency) in basic scheduling software applications, including Primavera (PM), Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Candidate must have strong problem solving, analysis and interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills. Candidate must have the ability to walkdown and interface with personnel and systems in the field. A 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRS utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch. Standard Facilities Access required but a security clearance is not currently required for this position
