It emphasizes long-term client relationships and employee development while operating as a full-service general contractor and construction manager.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain Primavera P6 master schedules for mission-critical projects from preconstruction through turnoverCoordinate phase sequencing, pull planning, and milestone alignment with PMs, superintendents, designers, and trade partnersPerform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks impacting high-risk systems and commissioning activitiesTrack progress against baselines and support schedule recovery plans when delays occurProvide schedule reporting and forecasting to project teams and owners to ensure schedule certaintyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
