This hybrid role requires someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and creative in promoting our services across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling customer calls, closing sales, and managing inspection schedules while sharing engaging content to increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Customer Service

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Schedule inspections efficiently through calls, texts, and emails.

• Communicate clearly with inspectors, clients, and real estate professionals.

• Actively participate in weekly company meetings.

Sales & Business Growth

• Maintain product knowledge to recommend and sell appropriate services.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into booked inspections.

• Implement direct sales strategies to maximize profitability.

• Track and report sales metrics and customer engagement.

Requirements & Skills

• (Preferred) 1+ year experience in scheduling, sales.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• CRM systems.

• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with hours subject to change based on business needs.
